Hey friends! I want to share with you a family favorite of ours. This no bake recipe is quick and easy to make! Now, I am going to admit that I have a bit of a sweet tooth and as much as I would love to eat chocolate everyday, it’s probably not the healthiest choice to satisfy my craving. This low sugar low carb fruit dip satisfies my sweet tooth while I snack on fruit. That is a win-win in my book! As an extra bonus, my whole family loves it. My kids feel they are getting a sweet treat but without the sugar. I also have a couple options to add to this recipe that make it perfect to use as a cream cheese spread on toast, bagels, or graham crackers. I have even used it on a fruit pizza. I think you all will love this recipe as much as my family does. So get out your mixing bowls and lets get to it!

Ingredients

For this recipe you will need the following:

  • one 8 oz block of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners (For those who prefer to use sugar you can replace the Swerve with 1/2 cup powered sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Additions:

(I like to add these ingredients when using this recipe as a fruit spread)

  • 1/4 cup berries (I use a blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry combo)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped pecans

Putting It All Together:

Step 1:

In a mixing bowl, combine your softened cream cheese and your Swerve confectioners or powered sugar. You can also use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment if you prefer.

For those of you who do not know what Swerve Confectioners is, as per their package, it is an all natural sugar substitute that is 0 calorie and 0 net carbs. It contains no artificial ingredients and is non-glycemic, making it a great choice for keto or low carb diets. It measures as a 1 to 1 substitute for sugar so it is great for baking. Swerve also has granular sugar and brown sugar available. I will add the links to these products on Amazon in case they are something you would like to look into further or try.

Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with Swerve and I do not receive compensation from Swerve for promoting their products. It is just a product that I like and use frequently as a sugar substitute and I wanted to share it with all of you.

Step 2:

Add your vanilla extract and lemon juice to your cream cheese mixture and combine.

Step 3:

Add berries and pecans to the mixture and combine. (This step is optional)

That’s It!

Now dip your favorite fruit in it or use it as a spread on toast or bagels. My kids also like to dip graham crackers into it. It is so versatile and yummy! If you give this recipe a try please leave a comment and let me know what you think!
